The dates you enter

The deadline calculator runs entirely in your browser. The date of dismissal and any ACAS early conciliation dates are never sent to Fairform, never stored, and never emailed. Closing the tab discards them.

Payment details

If you lock the founding rate, you are handed to Stripe's own hosted checkout. Stripe collects your card details and email address, and Fairform never sees or stores your card number. Stripe acts as our payment processor and holds this data under its own privacy notice. The card is stored so it can be charged at launch; nothing is charged before then, and you can cancel at any point before the first payment.

Analytics

We record four anonymous events: that a calculation was started, that one was completed, that the founding offer was seen, and that a card was entered. These events carry no dates, no deadlines, no names, and nothing else you typed. Nothing else is recorded — no page-by-page tracking, no session recording, and no automatic capture of what you click. Analytics are provided by PostHog on European servers. We set no advertising or tracking cookies.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard server request data such as your IP address in order to serve the page and protect the service. Fonts are served from this domain, not from a third party.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and object to its processing. In practice the only personal data Fairform holds is the email address and card record held by Stripe for founding subscribers. Email hello@fairform.app and we will action it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
